I suppose Ash could write you a program based on the given parameters of your setup, but without actually putting hands on your car it wouldn't be a custom tune. If you're not custom tuning (or having someone tune for you) then IMO you are probably better off upgrading your stock ecu program to match your injector and MAF setup. This wont put you on the edge of the envelope performance wise, but it should prove to be reliable and safe.
